Gaylord Specialty Healthcare has launched a new program to give patients who need ventilators to help them breath more mobility as they recuperate.A $75,000 grant from the Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority has helped the Wallingford-based rehabilitation hospital purchase three portable ventilators.
