We have an update to last night's News 3 exclusive investigation into a local hospital under fire for violations by state healh inspectors. Mountain View Hospital cited for numerous and critical violations by state health inspectors in its food service area. The state used terms like mold, soiled and other trigger words that forced the hospital to comply or else.
