A Minot Air Force Base man is among three people suing military contractors, alleging the companies exposed them to toxic fumes in Iraq. Christopher Kozel of Minot Air Force Base, and two others, are suing Halliburton and KBR Incorporated claiming the companies operated open-air burning pits that exposed them to toxic materials. The suit was filed in federal court in Fargo. Similar lawsuits have been filed in 33 other states. « Less
