A storm system will bring a good chance of light rain to the San Joaquin Valley late Tuesday night through Wednesday. The coastal mountains will provide a "rain shadowing" effect so look for only a few hundredths of an inch of rain. The foothills and mountains will get a bit more precipitation with up to six-inches of snow possible above six-thousand feet. Wednesday and Thursday will be cooler with near normal highs in the upper 60s.  « Less
