The snow has come to an end, however the wind will remain an issue again today. We'll see a breezy NW wind causing blowing/drifting snow & reduced visibilities, which will create dangerous traveling conditions again this morning. The open country-side will see the worst effects from blowing snow. Visibility at times could reduce to 3 miles or less, and drifts could spread across the lesser traveled roads. The wind will ease up a little later this morning.  « Less
