The heaviest snow bands have now weakened, and for the most part have moved out of the viewing area, however a stubborn band of very wet, heavy light snow continues to fall throughout SE Minnesota and N Iowa. Blowing and drifting snow will continue to be an issue; travel is not advised in some locations. So far snowfall totals have ranged from 5" to 9.5", right on par with the forecast from last night. « Less
