Yesterday we saw 1" to 3.5" across the local area. Today a second, more potent wave continues to make its way across the area, bringing an additional 5" to 9" of snow through this afternoon. Most of it will fall early this morning until the noon hour today. This will mean our storm total snowfall will range between 6" to 11", with the highest numbers locally, along a line from Rochester to Decorah.  « Less
