Periods of heavy snowfall are expected overnight into Tuesday morning. KSTP.com Meteorologist Dave Dahl predicts 4 to 8 inches of accumulation by Tuesday morning. Another 2 to 4 inches are expected before the snow tapers off to flurries late in the day. High temperatures will be around 30 degrees.
