From T-Storms to snow. It never ceases to amaze me how quickly the weather can change in the Upper Midwest, in just a matter of 24 hours! Watch for light snow moving across the area this morning . Snow amounts will range widely between a Trace and 3" across the local area. Locations along and northwest of a Rochester, Austin to Mason City line will see an inch or less. Higher totals, nearing 3" look possible for our southeastern counties. Parts of eastern IA and southwest WI could pick up 4-8". A breezy NW wind will cause blowing snow and reduced visibility.  « Less
