Another cold, cold start to the day, as temperatures approach -10° by sunrise, and only warm to right around 10° above for highs today. Wind chills will be an issue especially early on, as they approach -25° this morning. Be sure to limit your time outside as best as you can, dress in layers, and don't forget to cover any exposed skin. Frostbite can occur within 10 minutes on exposed skin in wind chills this cold!  « Less
