***WIND CHILL WARNINGS/ADVISORIES IN EFFECT*** The cold air we have been talking about for over a week is finally here, and could be dangerous if you are out in it for too long! The combination of very cold temperatures and a breezy NW wind will combine to set up wind chill values between -25° to -35° this morning. Under these conditions frost bite can occur to exposed skin within 30 minutes and hypothermia can occur. Please take caution. Do not spend unnecessary time out doors. If you do have to venture out in the cold, make sure all exposed skin is covered when you head outside.  « Less
