I haven't been in a gym since I was 17 years old. Let's just say I had a traumatic experience with the high speeds of a treadmill. Well, I'm getting back into the gym--but it's not your ordinary gym. Fitness Together in Medford specializes in personal training, unlike any big box gym. "It's good to see yourself losing the inches that you want to see, starting to feel better, and feel yourself getting stronger and toned at the same time," said Fitness Together owner Allison Bonelli.
