Nov. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Edmund Phelps, professor of economics at Columbia University and winner of the 2006 Nobel Prize in economics, talks with Bloomberg's Erik Schatzker and Deirdre Bolton about the outlook for the U.S. economy.
