Nov. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Gregory Ebel, chief executive officer of Spectra Energy Corp., talks with Bloomberg's Erik Schatzker about the company's investment spending outlook. Ebel also discusses natural gas prices and cost controls. Spectra, the third-biggest U.S. pipeline operator by market value, said net income fell 35 percent to $191 million, or 30 cents a share, in the third quarter due to lower natural gas prices.
