Mar. 22 (Bloomberg Law) -- Tom Goldstein, partner at Goldstein & Russell, PC and founder of SCOTUSblog, talks with Bloomberg Law's Lee Pacchia about the two gay marriage cases being argued before the Supreme Court next week. On Tuesday, March 26, the Court will hear oral arguments on California's Proposition 8 case, followed on Wednesday by arguments on the constitutionality of the federal Defense of Marriage Act. Goldstein says he's particularly interested in watching Justice Kagan and Chief Justice Roberts during arguments as they both could play pivotal roles in deciding these cases. Bloomberg Law is a sponsor of SCOTUSblog. « Less
