March 11 (Bloomberg) -- Bloomberg's Crayton Harrison talks about a new telecommunications bill in Mexico that could end a longstanding limit on foreign investment. The legislation, to be backed by President Enrique Pena Nieto, also will define the way cable and satellite companies should work with broadcasters, according to one of the proposal's architects. Harrison speaks with Tom Keene and Sara Eisen on Bloomberg Television's "Surveillance." (Source: Bloomberg) « Less
