Feb. 28 (Bloomberg) -- Thio Chin Loo, a senior currency analyst at BNP Paribas SA in Singapore, talks about the nomination of the next Bank of Japan governor and its implications for the yen. The yen fell for a third day as Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe nominated Asian Development Bank President Haruhiko Kuroda to be the next central bank head. Thio also discusses Federal Reserve monetary policy, the U.S. economy, and the outlook for the pound. She speaks with Rishaad Salamat on Bloomberg Television's "On the Move."
