Feb. 26 (Bloomberg) -- Kurt Bock, chief executive officer of BASF SE, discusses the company's business performance, outlook and dividend policy. Earnings before interest, tax and one-time items increased 18 percent to 1.8 billion euros ($2.4 billion) in the fourth quarter, the company said today.
