Feb. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Venture capitalist Tim Draper talks about Draper University of Heroes, a non-traditional school he founded to teach entrepreneurs and innovators how to gain courage and business experience from both failures and successes during the eight-week course. Surbhi Sarna, a graduate of last year's pilot program, expanded the focus of her company, nVision Medical after attending Heroes.
