Feb. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Donald Yacktman, president of Yacktman Asset Management Co., talks about Dell Inc. and Silver Lake Management LLC's agreement to take Dell private. Dell founder Michael Dell valued his stock rolled into a $24.4 billion buyout of the computer maker at $13.36 apiece, less than the $13.65-a-share prices offered to common shareholders.
