Feb. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Federico Niglia, an adjunct professor at LUISS University, talks about Pope Benedict XVI's plan to resign and outlook for his successor. Pope Benedict said he no longer has the strength to lead the world’s 1 billion Catholics and will resign from the papacy at the end of the month, the first such abdication in almost 600 years.
