Feb. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Anand Srinivasan, an analyst with Bloomberg Industries, talks about Dell Inc.'s decision to go private in a deal valued at $24.4 billion, undertaking the biggest leveraged buyout since the financial crisis. Chief Executive Officer and founder Michael Dell and Silver Lake Management LLC will pay $13.65 a share, the companies said today in a statement. Microsoft Corp. is contributing $2 billion.
