Jan. 31 (Bloomberg) -- Australia's Shadow Finance Minister Andrew Robb talks about the election announcement made yesterday by Prime Minister Julia Gillard, and the outlook for the next head of the nation's central bank. Gillard fixed the vote for the lower house of parliament and half the Senate for Sept. 14, 11 weeks before it had to be held.
