Jan. 22 (Bloomberg) -- Junko Nishioka, chief economist at RBS Securities Japan Ltd., talks about the nation's economy, central bank monetary policy and currency. The Bank of Japan will today adopt Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s desired 2 percent inflation target, according to 21 of 23 economists surveyed by Bloomberg News.
