Jan. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Jeffrey Largey, a mining analyst at Macquarie Group Ltd., discusses Rio Tinto Group Chief Executive Officer Tom Albanese's resignation and the mining company's approximate $14 billion of writedowns. Sam Walsh, the 63-year-old head of Rio's iron ore unit, will take over as CEO from today, the company said in a statement. Largey speaks with Guy Johnson on Bloomberg Television's "The Pulse."
