Dec. 14 (Bloomberg) -- Neil Beveridge, an analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co. in Hong Kong, talks about Cnooc Ltd.'s pending acquisition of Canada's Nexen Inc., and the demand outlook for oil and gas.
