Dec. 13 (Bloomberg) -- Bradford DeLong, professor of economics at the University of California at Berkeley, talks about Federal Reserve monetary policy and the outlook for the U.S. economy. The Fed said it will expand its asset purchase program by buying $45 billion a month of Treasury securities starting in January to spur the economy.
