Dec. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Peter Henning, a former Securities and Exchange Commission lawyer, talks about Senate investigations into possible illegal activities by HSBC Holdings Plc and Standard Chartered Plc. HSBC will pay at least $1.9 billion in a deferred prosecution agreement that settles U.S. probes of money laundering tied to Europe’s largest bank. Robert Sherman, a spokesman for HSBC, declined to comment on the settlement. Henning speaks from Detroit with Susan Li on Bloomberg Television's "First Up." (Source: Bloomberg) « Less
