Dec. 6 (Bloomberg) -- William Cohan, author of "Money and Power: How Goldman Sachs Came to Rule the World" and a Bloomberg View columnist, talks about the outlook for further Wall Street cost cuts and dismissals following Citigroup Inc.'s announcement yesterday that it plans to eliminate 11,000 positions. Cohan also talks about a report in the Financial Times that three former Deutsche Bank AG employees told U.S. regulators that the German lender covered up paper losses during the financial crisis.
