Nov. 26 (Bloomberg) -- John Purcell, managing director of executive search firm Purcell & Company, talks with Bloomberg's Mark Barton about changes to U.K. bank bonus rules proposed by David Walker in a government-commissioned report. Walker, a senior adviser to Morgan Stanley & Co., today said banks should delay bonus payments for as much as five years and have the power to “claw back” awards. Purcell speaks in London.
