Nov. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Martin Baily, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution and former chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers during the Clinton Administration, talks with Bloomberg's Matt Miller, Carol Massar and Michael McKee about the outlook for the U.S. labor market.
