Nov. 5 (Bloomberg) -- David Menlow, president of IPOfinancial.com, talks with Bloomberg's Carol Massar and Adam Johnson about Hyatt Hotels Corp.'s initial public offering. Hyatt, the hotel chain controlled by Chicago's Pritzker family, raised $950 million in the third-biggest U.S. IPO this year, selling 38 million shares at $25 each, at the higher end of its forecast range.
