Nov. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Former Federal Reserve Governor Lyle Gramley and Michael Pento, chief economist at Delta Global Advisors Inc., talk with Bloomberg's Mark Crumpton and Julie Hyman about today's decision by the Federal Reserve to maintain its benchmark overnight lending rate between zero and 0.25 percent. The Federal Open Market Committee restated its intention to keep rates "exceptionally low" for "an extended period" as long as inflation expectations are stable and unemployment fails to decline.
