Oct. 28 (Bloomberg) -- James Lockhart, vice chairman of WL Ross & Co. and former director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, talks with Bloomberg's Margaret Brennan about the state of the U.S. housing market. Sales of new U.S. homes unexpectedly fell 3.6 percent in September to a 402,000 annual pace, lower than the median forecast of economists surveyed by Bloomberg News.
