Congress actually began marking up a bill on Wednesday which would reform the nation's health care system.  With Senator Ted Kennedy ailing, it fell to Democratic Senator Christopher Dodd of Connecticut to chair the markup session for the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee.
