Here's a reminder that in the next few hours, you might see a large military plane buzzing Minot. It's a C-130 plane from an Air Force Reserve unit in Ohio and will be surveying the Minot area. Then, if the weather cooperates with low winds tomorrow, the plane will be spraying the city at an altitude of about 150 feet over Minot beginning at about eight tomorrow night.
