Slaughterhouses in the state could see costs rise if a proposal by Governor Jim Doyle ends up in the final budget. The governor wants to charge meat processors up to 14 cents per animal killed. The state says the move is necessary to protect the meat industry... But those who'd bear the burden think it's unfair. FOX 11's Laura Smith has both sides.  « Less
