French workers at a US-owned auto parts supplier are holding two managers inside their plant, in the latest case of "boss-napping". The workers at Molex, in Villemur-sur-Tarn in Southern France, barricaded the two executives -- a female human resources director and the factory's deputy manager -- inside the compound on Monday afternoon. They are protesting layoffs and the planned closure of the plant. « Less
