Providence Police Officers decide to take a No-Confidence vote in their Chief, Colonel Dean Esserman. Members of the Providence Fraternal Order of Police decided to take the action last night. Officers will cast their secret ballots all day tomorrow at the Union Lodge. It's the first time the union has taken a no-confidence vote in Esserman. « Less
