Good Afternoon, I'm andamp;lt;a href=andamp;quot;http://www.kxnet.com/t/donnell-preskeyandamp;quot; class=andamp;quot;kxInlineLinkandamp;quot;andamp;gt;Donnell Preskeyandamp;lt;/aandamp;gt;... The State andamp;lt;a href=andamp;quot;http://www.kxnet.com/t/agricultureandamp;quot; class=andamp;quot;kxInlineLinkandamp;quot;andamp;gt;Agricultureandamp;lt;/aandamp;gt; Department is still gathering information on the number of animal deaths. Secretary Tom Vilsack to speed up the process of getting federal funding into the hands of farmers and ranchers. Hoeven is asking Vilsack to approve implementation of the Emergency Livestock Assistance Program and the Livestock Indemnity Program. (Governor Hoeven) andamp;quot; He did indicated that he would look through the department of agriculture programs and the funding sources and come up with some way to help us provide assistance to our farmers and ranchers.andamp;quot; Both the ELAP and LIP programs are part of the new andamp;lt;a href=andamp;quot;http://www.kxnet.com/t/farm-billandamp;quot; class=andamp;quot;kxInlineLinkandamp;quot;andamp;gt;Farm Billandamp;lt;/aandamp;gt;. Vilsack says they are currently unavailable because the rules haven't been written yet. « Less
