For 5 consecutive weekends, bowlers from around the state make their way to the Magic City in hopes of capturing a bowling title, or a least some prize money. Two hundred fifty-nine teams are registered for this year's tournament, each with 5 members. Competition includes team, doubles, and singles events. Owner and operator of Minot's North Hill Bowl, Renee Shirley, says bowlers always look forward to their state tournament weekend. She says Minot is also a great location for the event to be held.
