A Spring Carnival held at a local elementary school welcomes the entire community. Willow Hill Elementary School in Traverse City holds their Spring Carnival on Friday, February 27. The theme is "Take Me Out To The Ball Game;" the Traverse City West Senior High School boys' baseball and girls' softball teams will be at the carnival to help celebrate the theme. Activities at the carnival include food, games, prizes, and many more activities for the entire family; the event runs from five until eight P.M. at Willow Hill Elementary at 1250 Hill Street in Traverse City.
