Oshkosh is at it again trying to reduce the deer herd in the city with sharpshooters. The night time effort two weeks ago only yielded 3 deer. So, this time they went out in daylight starting about 10:30 Friday morning in the area of the National Guard Armory. And some in the area aren't happy with how the city told them about this second hunt. FOX 11's Evan Perrault has balanced coverage.  « Less
