Wisconsin's second-largest bank is canceling a trip to a Puerto Rican resort. Just three months ago, the bank accepted $525 million in taxpayer bailout money. However, the bank still planned to send about 100 employees on vacation at a posh resort. Its CEO even defended the decision in a state newspaper Thursday.
