A Green Bay alderman is suing the city he represents and several members of the police department for one million dollars. Last March, John Vander Leest was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving. The case was dropped after blood tests showed his blood alcohol level was well below the legal limit. FOX 11's Robert Hornacek has balanced coverage.  « Less
