Instead of frigid temperatures and snow, most of the state recieved varying amounts of rain and above freezing temperatures. Now that the mercury has dropped below the freezing mark, roads are beginning to ice over turning travel very dangerous and transportation officials are urging everyone who is out over the next couple of days to use extreme caution.
