A case of shoplifting at Scheel's in Minot Thursday lead to the arrest of a Minot man by police and the discovery of firearms, ammunition and parts to firearms. 22 year old William Anderson-the-third was arrested for petty theft and after further investigation, search warrants were obtained for the two Minot residences that he gave to police. Because of their previous encounters with Anderson - and what they found on an initial search - police decided to use the SWAT and bomb squads in checking out Anderson's homes. (Lt.
