Dracula was one of five dogs surrendered when their human companion died. Chinese Crested dogs are rare and unique…especially so for the hairless variety. As a breed, these dogs are sweet, lively, playful and cuddly. They are not barkers. Their weight doesn’t exceed 10 pounds. Chinese Cresteds are exceptionally loving and enjoy lots of human companionship. They tend are affectionate with children. However, with children and other pets, extra care needs to be taken not to play too roughly with Dracula because he does not have the protective fur like other breeds and can get injured easily. Dracula will need a coat in cold weather and sunscreen if outside in the sun. Hairless Cresteds often lose many teeth as young adults; such is the case with Dracula. He only has two “teef” remaining. Dracula is extremely social and well mannered and will be a wonderful family member.  « Less
