With the start of the new year quickly approaching, many organizations are preparing for their New Year's Eve celebrations. One such organization is the Grand Traverse Resort; they'll be holding a live music event on December 31; The night will feature live music from The Simone Vitale Band. The group is billed as one of Michigan's premiere live bands; it's made up of 14 vocalists and musicians performing a variety of "soulful" music. The event kicks off at 6pm on New Year's Eve with a cocktail hour and DJ music. The cocktail hour will be followed by a dinner buffet at 7pm, and the live performance by the SImone Vitale Band beginning at 9 o'clock.
