The holidays are taking shape at the State Capitol. A Christmas tree was delivered to the Capitol by traditional horse and carriage Monday morning. House Speaker Tom Craddick and his wife Nadine were on hand to receive the tree. In all, three trees will be non display at the Capitol, including an angel tree that contains gift requests from children who are in the care of Child Protective Services.  « Less
